IW Story Festival Fundraiser

The IW Story Festival organises a three day story based festival for children and families in February half term at Quay Arts https://www.iwstoryfestival.com and a two day 'Stories in Schools' programme in May. These events are organised by committee members who work on a voluntary basis.

We are looking for someone to develop the IW Story Festival's financial base. Currently funding comes from a combination of grants (e.g., local councils, local grants, Arts Council), individual donors, and ticket income from the IW Story Festival.

We would like someone to seek out and put in place corporate and local sponsorship, look for and apply for more grants, in particular another Arts Council grant explore possibilities such as gift aid, crowd funding, go fund me, 'friends of the festival' 'donate here'.

We are open to other suggestions.
