Grumpycorn, Don't Call Me Grumpycorn

Best friends Unicorn, Narwhal, Mermaid and Jellyfish are ready for an adventure, and, as Unicorn quite rightly points out, nothing is more adventurous than travelling into SPACE. But when the four friends disagree over which planet to visit first, Unicorn most definitely turns into a very grumpy Grumpycorn and decides to go off on his own. Will Unicorn see the error of his ways? Join author-illustrator Sarah McIntyre for a rollicking story session and then discover how to design your own unicorn book cover!

Easily recognisable in her pointy specs and hats, Sarah McIntyre spreads her love of drawing wherever she goes. The author and illustrator of numerous solo picture books, she's thrilled to present Grumpycorn, and introduce her new Adventuremice series co-authored with Philip Reeve, which has already inspired seven books about these daring little mice. Broken up into chapters, with lavish full-colour illustrations, the Adventuremice books make perfect bedtime reads, and are often credited with inspiring to children to read for themselves for the first time.
