Book talk: for children 6 years or older: Stories to Make you go Green!

Rope Store

Listen to stories about looking after our planet, and create your own campaigning flag, to
help make the Isle of Wight a greener place! Peta will read from her books Crab, Dab and
Blenny, and Jacob Starke Loves the Dark and help you become a mini green campaigner
through a fun creative activity!

Peta lives on the Isle of Wight, where she writes and illustrates funny (usually rhyming)
picture books about resilience and being brave, being yourself and caring for the
environment (among other things). When she’s not doing that, she works for Artswork,
empowering young people to make change through creativity.
